Our Process

Whether you need commercial painting, or residential painting. indoor painting, outdoor painting, or another type of finishing, Viewpoint Painting will ensure that the planning and execution of your project goals are as efficient and stress-free as possible.  To help each project go smoothly, we have implemented the following process:

STEP 1

SITE VISIT AND ESTIMATE

After you request an estimate we will call to schedule a site visit where we will measure and assess your project so you can make an informed choice on the components needed. We will provide a clear and comprehensive written quote with no hidden costs, outlining everything including preparation, materials and scope of work.

STEP 2

SCHEDULING

We will work with you to accommodate a timeline that works for everyone, . You will get reminder emails as we get closer to your start date. We ask all our clients to have everything finalized two weeks before the scheduled start date to ensure it all runs smoothly.

STEP 3

PREPARATION

Before we begin we protect your home/contents before starting the most important step in painting; preparation.  We do whatever is necessary to prepare your surfaces for painting or finishing.  Our prep work includes (but is not limited to) power-washing ,scraping loose paint, sanding, filling holes/defects, GIB repairs, sealing gaps, treating rust, priming, sealing and undercoating.

STEP 4

TRANSFORMATION

Here's where the magic starts to happen. After preparation is complete, wen will begin the first topcoats using materials specified in our quote.  For most projects a standard two coat system will be used.. Zero or Low VOC paints are used on all our residential interiors to ensure the healthiest environment for you and your family.

STEP 5

QUALITY CONTROL

Your project will be monitored daily for quality assurance.. Whether looking for holes or gaps not filled, or light checking a wall before its final coat, our system ensures nothing is missed.

STEP 6

COMPLETION

After the final touches have been made and our quality assurance checklist has been ticked off, we will do a walk though of the project to make sure you're happy with the finished workmanship. Once everything is completed and we have your full satisfaction, a final invoice will be sent for payment. We'll be happy to leave you any leftover paint for future use. Now it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy your professionally painted home!
